…Guy's and St Thomas' RolloutGSTT are rolling out Omnicell to all departments, theatres and wards this year for Supplies and Medicines. So far Orthopaedic Theatres, Catheter Labs and Cardiac Theatres are automated. Next, twenty nine large ward areas will be automated, followed by the balance of the departments. SmartStore™SmartStore™ is the name Guy's and St Thomas' have given to their supply chain project. As well as automating the stock control at the point of use the Trust is streamlining all the processes from electronic order to warehouse consolidation to automated paperless ordering.
